CODAsummit Comes to Scottsdale for Canal Convergence 2021

Scottsdale Public Art and Canal Convergence are pleased to announce that CODAsummit: The Intersection of Art, Technology and Place is coming to Scottsdale during Canal Convergence 2021!

CODAsummit is a three-day conference for artists, fabricators, and administrators to focus on the exciting ways creative professionals are incorporating technology to create artwork installations that are changing the ways we experience our environments. This year’s conference will be hosted by Scottsdale Public Art at the Scottsdale Arts Campus—Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts and Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA)—and will take place November 10–12, 2021, during the second half of Canal Convergence, November 5–14, 2021.

CODAsummit is presented by CODAworx, an online community of artists, designers, and architects, as well as art consultants, public art administrators, fabricators, and more. CODAworx connects artists and art commissioners to all members of the industry, matching creative talent with creative opportunities, and provides digital tools to streamline the commission workflow process. In addition to these services, CODAworx publishes the CODAmagazine (a monthly online magazine featuring outstanding public and private art commissions), hosts the CODAawards, and since 2018, presents the annual CODAsummit.
