Melanie Tallmadge Sainz is the director of the Little Eagle Arts Foundation in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. She created the Contemporary Youth Ensemble while she was the featured Woodland Artist of the Year at the Oshkosh Public Museum in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
