Otto Rigan

The Wall

Otto Rigan is an artist living and working in Tucson. Rigan’s The Wall shows that art and architecture can be intermingled and not independent of one another. The Wall is 60 feet long and 26 feet high. It layers natural cleft stone with cast glass.
